GR. CH. Bullistik I Am A Rockstar!

 

Allow me to introduce our undeniable and appropriately named, ROCKSTAR…..

This incredible redhead has not taken a wrong step since he climbed out of the whelping box, making it so easy for us to come up with his name. Simply take one look at him and the first thing that comes to mind is, he’s a rockstar!

 

Stunning red coat, jet black mask, deep dark brown eyes, ears from here to eternity, and I am just getting started on exactly what makes this little dude live up to the name he was dubbed with.

 

He has matured into an incredible specimen of the breed, correct in every aspect, with a temperament that is equal to his physical attributes.

 

Of course, we expected Rockstar to be sizzling HOT! HOT! HOT! since he was a son of our redheads, Nero and Sahara, but I don’t think that even his greatest admirers realized just how special this little redhead was destined to become. Like a fine wine, this fabulous boy just continues to get better with age.

 

Rockstar’s first time in the show ring, was at the Frog Frolic B Match held at the French Bulldog Club of DFW Specialty in March 2009. At that point, 5 months old, his little feet had never touched a mat, he’d never attended a handling class, and had never been to an AKC show. However, he promptly trotted into the ring and strutted his stuff like a true pro!

 

He had a grand time in the ring with all of his frogdog competitors, and came away with a Best of Opposite Sex under match judge and French Bulldog breeder, Gordon Adams.

 

It has been an incredible adventure for Rockstar in competition ever since; with a Major win at the Heart of Texas French Bulldog Specialty, a Group 2 under Judge Eva Berg, a Group 4 under Judge Steve Keating, and each of these very special awards were garnered before Rocky turned a year old. AND, to top it off, he earned his AKC Championship title at the tender young age of 12 months and completed his GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP requirements shortly thereafter.

 

We could not be more proud of our bred-by boy, and look forward to his future accomplishments as a stud dog, now that he is retired from the show ring.

 

Rockstar is owned by Johnan & Danny Ratliff, and is co-owned by Bullistik.
